Pros

Enjoyed the local team and sales manager.

Cons

Quota attainment is lowest I’ve ever seen. Sales now report to operations managers who have never sold a day in their life. Sales are neglected due to recruiting team being cut back. Not a company that values their employees. Everyone is disposable even if you are a top producer.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
