A lot of temp agencies have mandatory when you have to be at this location. How long you have to be at this location yada yada. Employee Bridge had an app that I don’t remember the name of now, but it would pop up with different jobs that had different hours and you can click on which one you wanted to go to and go to that one.
Cons
Since jobs would pop up on the app, you didn’t know for sure how many hours you were gonna have each week. And if you weren’t quick enough, somebody else may have taken the hours before you could.

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
