Upper Management Shares business information and seems fairly competent at running the company.
Cons
Empty Promises No employee evaluations No career progression help, management is happy keeping people in the same jobs making below market pay. Poor training and orientation for positions hired. Management personnel takes care of its friends first and will promote people with out regard for others that may not be in the "club". Little to no recognition to recruiters; all the awards and recognition go to sales people. Management will come up with ideas and not follow through or have poor planning on implementing ideas
