Pros

Only good thing is that they are pretty flexible about requesting time off, if you do it 5 days in advance.

Cons

Was a great place to work for (in the beginning). Has turned into a call center with unrealistic expectations as far as performance and as far as attendance/point system. severe micro management. Under paid for the workload that now has been placed upon us. Alot of turn around with new hires due to stress and other issues. Used to be happy to go to work now it's hard getting out of bed to go into that place. Still work there. Pointed for 1-30 mins late log in- even if the computer is slow starting up , frequent technical issues. The morale is down. Employee voices are not heard. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore, but , I used to have how amazing it was (years ago). Used to be flexible with time off requests family emergencies , etc. Not anymore. Search merged with support which means duties that we're usually split, are now required by everyone, which causes you to have to remember an overwhelming amount of information as opposed to being able to focus soley on your position (search only/support only) and being the best at it. Policies for us change DAILY and they expect us to remember all these changes if not you are pointed on quality/performance.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
