Culturally bankrupt, the Blockbuster of staffing - Anonymous Employbridge Employee Review

Pros

There are literally no pros to working with Employbridge.

Cons

-Leadership touts company values like “Win As One” and then proceeds to lay off high performers every month or so. The CEO is extremely guilty of rallying the troops and giving positive messaging, only for management to typically follow it up with something negative. In a place that is culturally bankrupt, all it has is a culture of fear. -No merit increases. No bonuses. Literally no incentive for working hard and making the company profits outside of typical pay, which is probably low. -Absolutely no vision. Say they’re going digital but are taking every step to stay in the Stone Age. If it weren’t so large already it would probably be out of business like Blockbuster. -Inept leadership at multiple levels, fueled by yes men.

Pros

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
