Employsure is working hard to continually improve the service and retention. The leadership have been really open about where the company is heading recently, very much in tune with what's going on at the ground level. If you're thinking about becoming a BDM you need to be resilient and be able to rinse and repeat. Don't let other people issue's become yours, you get what you get, don't get upset.
