Team lead was not very knowledgeable or friendly. Was little to no focus as to what exactly we were supposed to be doing. Had to create my own work to do since very little was handed down. Lines of responsibility were blurred. Lots of bureaucratic roadblocks and politics. Contract stability was dubious, double standards for some employees who apparently did not have to meet minimum requirements for their position. Most there seemed to do just the minimum to keep their job.
