Pros
Remote position and my manager was good.
Cons
It is a call center environment and metrics are strict. During tax season I couldn't even get up to use the restroom between calls and the callers were often rude. Training did not prepare me for the actual calls. Lots of complex issues so you will have to learn along the way.
