I've hit the lowest in my depression I've ever been and I contribute it to this job. Work life balance? Whose that? And when you're at work, be prepared to be completely stressed out. It's a call center, of course there's calls, but the queue being 100, 200, 400+ daily all day long is draining. Mandatory overtime you cannot get out of. Call Support is supposed to be there for difficult situations where half of them are great and the other make you feel stupid for trying to do your job right. The way they track your stats is a micromanaging nightmare. I cant even take one bathroom break without being out of adherence. If your caller drops off the line and you're still actively working in their account, it's a hit against your adherence if you're not immediately ready for the next call. There's no time to breathe.Forget checking your email, no time. I've never done this kind of review before, but I would hate to think of anyone getting into the position I am now. But hey it's a job and I'm getting paid, who cares about the rest right? Speaking of, good luck trying to move up in the company. Even with good personal stats and years of employment, either get ignored or denied even an opportunity to interview for a better position.
