Pros

None none none none none. Thats sixteen words to meet the minimum to submit this review.

Cons

Onboarding asks for everything shy of your DNA sequencing. Paperwork makes it very clear they have no respect for laws, HIPPAA, documentation policies or anything else. If you drive for a company the company is required to provide insurance. Not the other was around unless you are an independent contractor. Asking for copies of personal documents galore. This place is ripe for law suites.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a response. Our onboarding is consistent with industry standards and healthcare compliance. We do not ask for documentation past what is required. We would appreciate it if you would reach out to help us understand your concerns — we would appreciate the chance to talk with you further to glean more insight.

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
