Thank you for taking time to write a review; we value and appreciate your feedback! We’re thrilled to read that you feel EmpowerMe is a well-organized company! We’re equally excited that you like your co-workers, and feel our pay is good. We appreciate your notes about productivity rates. We know that working with seniors can bring with it certain scheduling challenges. We hope you're discussing the issue with your leaders and with our Clinical Support team; they're there to help you find solutions to this kind of problem! Again, thanks for your review, and thanks for all you're doing to support the seniors we serve!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
