Great people to work with. My job is remote so that is also a huge bonus.
Cons
No direction. Always chasing your tail to get things done. Constant fight between ops and sales tonget things done. Training lacks. They operate on a tight employee pool. They get rid of good employees that are helpful, and keep some upper management that aren't very good at their jobs, and are always flying under the radar. Also, Kim Chapman is NOT THE CEO. It's Dave Elario.
