As a smaller company, resources are limited, so teams often wear multiple hats. Communication between departments (Sales, CS, Product) could be improved to ensure smoother handoffs and clearer priorities. Career development structure is evolving — there’s a lot of opportunity, but you need to be proactive about your growth path.
