EnCorps is an extremely welcoming, effective, and innovative organization. With years of experience in the non-profit industry, this is the most impactful organization I have been involved with. EnCorps addresses a very specific and important societal need-- addressing the severe STEM teacher shortage while ensuring equity and access to quality Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics instruction for ALL students. Program and Executive staff are very experienced, passionate and professional. Senior leadership is very active in the STEM field, speaking at national conferences, informing public policy, and staying up-to-date on STEM education topics and the latest research findings. This successful model will surely scale to new regions in California and eventually nationwide!

I have no cons because this is a very promising organization. EnCorps has been changing lives for a decade, proving its sustainability.
