Pros
I've been with the company for approximately three years. enTouch has been a great environment for learning about the industry and acquiring new skills within the workplace. You have the opportunity to make a positive impact on yourself and others. If you’re a person who likes to be part of a high growth and adaptive company you will find joy in your work every week. The flexibility to complete goals is a positive internal reward. Management has committed to a culture change while positioning people and resources where they need to be for success. This is the only company I’ve worked for where personnel issues (Vacation, payroll, paperwork, job changes) are resolved quickly. Supervisors & management work on solutions that result in a positive impact to the employee. My general comment to my friends and colleagues have been “ If you want to learn more, get involved more, and find new ways to get results you’ll be extremely happy. If you’re only goal is to collect a paycheck and sprint out the door at 5 p.m. this company may not fulfill that need for you.”
Cons
I’ve never experienced any consistent negatives that are not typical for small companies in general. Typical cons include: -Less training for new hires -Limited Knowledge Transfer -Sometimes you’ll have to create your own solution
