Pros
Pay and benefits are above average for the job I was hired for. The people that work there are talented and dedicated. Work environment was nice.
Cons
Not a stable company - my whole team was laid off 7 months after we were all hired. I had 3 different supervisors during my time there. Skills were underutilized. Vendor relationships meant management was determined to spend a ton of money for outside services that were available in house.
