The work life balance is okay here. The salary comes on time. The work is limited and manageable.

The company is biased towards a specific community and people they priorities hiring them over any other person. The salary is less then market value. You will only learn limited and outdated technologies not new and latest tech stack Sandwich leave policy is there. You have to be in office atleast 8.30 hours excluding lunch breaks thats how they calculate productivity.
