The company is always doing something for the employees. Whether it’s a free meal, an outing or a holiday event, Encompass always tries to make sure their employees are happy. My boss is so understanding and supportive when life happens and I appreciate that so much.

There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!
Cons
Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
