Pros

Benefits, good pay, small hospital which allows for relationships with colleagues.

Cons

Constant staffing shortages, management tolerates behavior of MD that speaks condescendingly to nurses in the name of “tough love”, high stress, and unfair patient assignments. These all have taken a toll on my mental health. I would not recommend working here especially if management allows such behavior to go on by MD.
