Unfortunately this company in Ocala does not care nor value their leaders. Work Life Balance is preached to employees (leaders) but is not followed. Leaders are encouraged to take PTO but then are criticized if emails are not answered while they are on leave. Leadership turnover is significant due to burnout, new leaders speak out of turn without knowing policy. There is no execution on action plans, just ink on paper. The culture is extremely toxic. Patiently safety is significantly high and the lack of knowledge of appropriateness of patients, hospital policy, and corporate values is concerning.
