      Great community of coworkers who genuinely care about one another and our patients Many opportunities for growth within the company Very collaborative and interested in implementing change that prioritizes patient centered care

      Cons

      Having a high passion for rehabilitation care makes it difficult to remove myself from work and our patients but that is more of a boundary issue of my own
