Cons
High turnover on staffing..short staff, some managers are micromanaging (high turnover due to poor management performance). Poor support from administration..always metrics-driven despite having no adequate staff to make metrics realistic. Patient surveys (family member instead of patient filling up survey) are biased and affect department score. Policies constantly change before staff are able to adjust to the previous policy.
