RN - Anonymous employee Encompass Health Employee Review

Nurse to patient ratio is not realistic. The management staff doesn't have a caring relationship with the nursing staff. We rarely see our Nurse Administrator. Never a pat on the back for a good job, constantly writing up what few staff are left. This used to be a great place to work! Now, we can't keep staff because everyone is tired of the way we are treated. What a shame.
