      Pros

      Decent salary, coworkers are awesome

      Cons

      Management unreasonable, work-life balance nonexistent, poor training, poor clinical support (we were told to Google or YouTube procedures we were unfamiliar with), too much on call, took on admissions without adequate staffing.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
