      Great benefits. Leadership is easy to approach with questions/problems. Great moral among staff.

      No cons. I thoroughly enjoyed working at this company and will miss it. I only left because I graduated in a field not related to my position.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
