Pros
Good patient care. Use to be the best in the industry- may or may not be now. Decent vacation allowance and great health benefits. Negotiate pay upfront, don't accept 1st offer.
Cons
Employees that don't set boundaries and that are talented get taken advantage of in all departments. Many employees have left for competitor in the market and though HealthSouth tries to make them feel that they will hate it there, employees are actually quite happy and make significant more money.
