Pros
I had amazing co-workers and a supervisor who could be fickle but overall fair to staff. Vacations time requests were handled in a transparent process. Great doctors and nurses - felt confident in the medical care patients received. Screenors were former therapists so the patients admitted were, for the most part, appropriate for the intense rehabilitation we offered.
Cons
As with any rehabilitation facility some patients admitted were set up for failure due to poor endurance or rehabilitation potential which made for difficult discharge plans.
