The employee engagement committee typically try to make the environment fun by the activities and things they do. As far as the coordinator role, it can be a lot at times especially if the facility is short staffed.
Cons
I feel like the coordinator role doesn’t have clear direction. I believe the tasks given is more of a “nurse manager assistant” who does the scheduling than just the scheduling coordinator. The lay doesn’t match that. This role needs clear direction. There is always changes and not enough communication. Also, the attendance policy is very strict. There isn’t much opportunity in the Admin positions.
