Pros
great team to work with supported continuing education good benefits great learning environment, especially with more experienced colleagues teaching and mentoring or simply willing to help out!
Cons
can sometimes have a high caseload lots of paperwork pay is not as competitive as others need to work some weekends and holidays too (for inpatient), but that is unavoidable in these kinds of facilities.
