      They work with you when it comes to scheduling. You only have to work one major holiday each year, which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Twelve hour shifts. You most likely will have to start on night shift, which can be a pain if you have children.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
