      You are able to meet a few normal people and that is nice. You can make connections and they do give you quite a bit of freedom.

      Cons

      They have no desire to fix what is broken and they continue to put their staff on a never ending hamster wheel. Everyone is a pulse to them.

      Terrible at communication unless they need something. Not organized. Not transparent. Doesn't follow through on responsibilities. Hired ineffective team leads. Doesn't have a clear onboarding process. Doesn't have a clear expense reimbursement process.
