Thorough and helpful training having not come from a ticketing background before. This was my first job moving to London and the environment and ethos of the company really helped me to settle into the city as it was such a supportive and fun place to work. Trade nights (free tickets to all West End shows) work socials etc - I saw every show possible and got access to many London attractions and events for free as a trade benefit. Good working hours and flexibility if I needed to swap then that wasn't an issue. I felt like a valued member of staff there having been with the company for two years. The wage was good and grew depending on the length of time spent working for the company. Nice central location and easy to travel to. There are also opportunities to move within the company itself i.e between trade/customer services etc. Recommend a friend scheme is also great as you get rewarded and end up working with mates too!
