Pros
The current leadership team at the Home Office—what many might refer to as “corporate”—is truly some of the best I’ve encountered in my career. Since stepping in around early 2024, and expanding further toward the end of the year, they’ve brought clarity, transparency, and a genuine care for both employees and practices. Their ability to set a clear, strategic vision for the future has been inspiring.
One of the things I value most is the autonomy we’re given. Our expertise are trusted, and we’re empowered to do our jobs without micromanagement. It’s been a breath of fresh air—and honestly, a huge relief—to be part of this team.
100% remote work no forced return to office or required hybrid schedule
You get to roll over a set number of PTO hours over each year
Cons
It is a newish, smaller and evolving company and you really have to do more with less. This is a con for some.
Compensation for some roles is on the lower end of market range but the culture for me personally has been well worth it just to have piece of mind!
Voluntary benefits are a little pricey
