      There is no pros only cons

      Cons

      No Provident Fund, No ESI, employees are not given any medical insurance facility. When i left the organisation after serving my notice period Till date i have not received my reliving and experience letter. Director withholds salary without any reason or information. Hike is not given at all. Exit formalities are not followed properly. No holiday calendar no casual leave is given. They do not have a leave policy at all. Please do not join this firm

      None, except there is not much work and its good for lazy people

      Cons

      Long list of them: 1) Lack of trust 2) Lack of leadership 3) Lack of long term vision 4) Lack of good attitude in top leadership 5) Pay is disproportionate to the effort required
