      The team events were fun

      Cons

      Only paid a fraction (literally 1/4) of industry standard. Prioritized their sales but servicing their customers seemed like an afterthought. Very difficult to get them to honor what they would tell customers in order to get them to sign.

      Pros

      None, they wouldn’t ever show an actual solar system installed so we would have feedback on what we were selling, long hours commission only.
