I really enjoy working for Endeavour Automotive. I'm part of a close-knit and supportive team. Working within a head office function I enjoy working with leading automotive brands, and feel that there are opportunities to develop my skills and progress my career. I feel valued by my manager and feel that there is a welcoming feel to the company. Senior leaders are approachable and I feel like they listen to staff comments and ideas.

It is a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods, and there can be pressure to meet customer expectations and targets. However, the supportive team environment helps make these challenges manageable.

Small Company feel, enables faster decisions than a PLC. Chairman genuinely cares for staff.
