      Some great people at the 'doing' level. Discounts on products.

      Cons

      Communication has been terrible since new management took over. Enforcing a return to office mandate after remote hiring for 6 years. No communication of details on how this will work, causing huge stress to current teams. Promotions are being given to friends rather than people with the required skill sets.

      Lots of cost cutting in the recent months. Employees have been made redundant and Access to AI tools and trainings has totally been curbed to save money
