Pros

Everyone at the company is really friendly, happy to help you learn, and give great advice on how to break into the industry. If you are proactive, you can get really interesting assignments and gain a lot of interesting experience. Because it is a smaller company, you have the opportunity to develop a good network and get as much out of the internship as you want. Also, they provide weekly lunches where different executives talk to you about their experiences and give you lessons on specific aspects of film.

Cons

I interned during a transitional phase for the internship program because a new intern coordinator started the same week I did. For that reason, the internship program seemed to be a little unorganized. Also, I was a finance intern but was placed with the development interns and given mostly script coverage. This made it somewhat hard to learn about the business side of entertainment.
