Great benefits, inexpensive for employees

Company bought out our old company. I had a very poor experience as I had been recently promoted. Raises were promised and never delivered upon. In my office I was the lowest paid AND the lead. Our office was constantly in the red, doctor disrespected and ran out employees. Our office manager did her best but was stretched thin. Upper management would not help, guide us, or answer questions. Completely uninvolved in day to day. Also, nothing you say to HR is confidential.
