Nice Brand. Innovational and great philosophy. Not the worst wages in the industry.

You’re not employed by the brand but with a franchisee who doesn’t necessarily shares the same values and philosophies as the brand. Exploited and overworked. No compassion. Therapists are forced to work when sick. Hours are not paid correctly. Always check your payslip! Short turnaround times. Some treatments have no turnaround at all. False promises. A free treatment is promised every three months and you end up having your free treatment as a training session from unexperienced staff. Contract says 4 weeks notice to get annual leave but the truth is you have to give 8 weeks notice. Unpaid work of15 min at least in the morning to prepare for your day. You get sent around at other spas to their liking. High turnaround of staff. Toxic work environment.

Lovely head office, great people to work with and overall atmosphere.

Easily burnt out, wear the hats of too many different jobs within one role that isnt recognised.
