Pros
As expected on a big corporation, there are good benefits and is usually a stable environment. My experiencie with coleagues and boss has been that of a healthy psicologycal atmosphere. But I believe that is not the rule.
Cons
This is a regulated company, therefore it is designed, and constantly tunned, to attend to regulation signals and to efficiently run a predegined business model. Regulation is slow in responding to market needs, and therefore incentives do not adjust in an agile way to take into account customer preferences, or technology trends. Enel (at the corporate level) is doing a real effot in adjusting to this reality and some new acquisitions show this. This is a goos sign, but I believe it will not be enough in the times to come.
