Timesheets must maintain >98% billable hours at all times and are due in full every day. Recruiter/HR will tell you Enercon pays OT if needed; but in reality most projects we worked on didn't authorize OT, which was sorely needed by some very unfortunate individuals who wound up leaving mid-project.
