Pros

Great people to work with below management level

Cons

A very low paying company. It was too low that it can't guarantee you a work-life balance. It was hardly enough to pay the bills. It's a sad place to work when you realize all the money you lose out on because of the greediness of the management. Tons of competitors are willing to pay you enough, so do not ever go here

Pros

I had a wonderful boss

Cons

you pay the company $229/month to work there. No benefits no insurance horrible commission. You have to pay for your own research. You pay them for training. If I do a deal anywhere from 4-5 other people make money off of me. Risk reward is out of whack. I between 125-150 call a week. The CEO is a poor man's Tony Robbins. Not worth your time. Turnover 100%.

Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

Most people here, especially the HR, are very rigid in their ways. They won't mend their thinking or their rigid rules. So, as an employee, you always have to compromise or rather bend to their will. Keep this in mind before you join.
