Renumeration compared to others in the industry is low.
High turnover due to management not understand the real world. Consistantly changing and restructuring to try and combat poor managment instead of picking and sticking. Seem to always be trying to manage poor culture instead of fixing it.
Doesnt value employee retention, its easier to get someone new than to look after what they have. This leads to all the great talant leaving.
