      Great coworkers who are in it for the right reasons and truly believe in the mission. Flexible work environment as well.

      Cons

      Utterly disconnected senior leadership that has made a number of poor decisions in the last few years, driving some of the best staff in the company away (or laying them off). Avoid this place to avoid the peaks and valleys that go along with working for such leaders.

      Pros

      Culture and flexibility are pretty good. Overall the people and the company are pretty well run.

      Cons

      People are regularly expected to carry a lot of extra weight. The company seems to be pretty set in its ways and regularly shoots down transformative efforts. Pay is also relatively low.
