8yThank you for sharing your feelings about EEC. Employee engagement is a priority and we have learned that employee’s interest and needs vary by region and department. One common theme was employees were interested in hearing more about what was going on across the business. This feedback led to a change in our communication practice earlier this year. In EEC’s pursuit to build and foster a continuous improvement culture, we will continue to implement changes whenever necessary and prioritize those with “common theme” as outlined above.
