Pros
EWF is a remote first and agile organisation with a flat hierarchy and an open culture. The team is still small but very diverse, even though it is lacking in women. On top of getting to work on bleeding edge technology, we help remove or avoid CO2 emissions. It is great to be able to do good while doing what I love: build great tech
Cons
there is a flip side to being remote first: you find yourself a bit isolated if you don't reach out. Also, as a startup EWF can be a bit chaotic at times
