Pros

Access to projects you never dreamed you'd work on, just because you were in the right meeting or expressed interest. Unfortunately, most projects go to people who, like you, have no experience and do a mediocre job. Open door policy results in easy access to any executive.

Cons

The only leaders with Fortune 500 experience are gone...too different? Seem to prefer middle of the road educational credentials, so my colleagues aren't too intellectually inspiring. COO and CEO need to LISTEN and accept what info walks in their doors. Corporate Coach is a former broker, serves as the messenger between executives.

Pros

Good company with good pay and benefits. Great work environment, the new office is very nice. Very good outlook for the company. Finished the ASCEND transformation, and now the focus is on growth.

Cons

Medium sized company which can limit new opportunities if you are not willing to relocate.

Thank you for your comments. We are indeed extremely proud of the rich heritage and strong reputation of Enerpac and our other brands. We produce an extensive amount of our products in the US, including at our facility in Columbus, Wisconsin, which is our largest manufacturing facility globally for our company. We also have many other sites across the US. We are proud to be an American company with many of our products Made in America.
