Too Much Work Pressure with Very Little Support and no career growth - Senior Software Engineer Enfec Employee Review

My experience at Enfec Organization was not good. There is no work-life balance. Many times employees have to work extra hours, late night deployments, and sometimes weekends. There is no proper KT when joining a project, so it becomes difficult for new employees to understand the system. Managers are not very supportive, and it is hard to get help when facing issues. Most of the work is on legacy projects and the company is still using old Java versions. There is no exposure to cloud or modern technologies, so learning opportunities are very limited. The company mainly works with only one client, so there are no new projects and growth opportunities are limited. Teams are very small, and sometimes team members are also not very helpful. There are no fixed working hours. Even planned leaves are often not approved, which makes it difficult to manage personal life. There is also no leave encashment, and if someone is terminated the company gives only one month salary. Even simple tasks sometimes get escalated to higher managers, and instead of support employees may receive warnings. Another issue is that employees are forced to give 5-star ratings on Glassdoor or other platforms, which does not show the real situation. Also, proper appraisals are not given. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company to someone looking for a supportive work environment or career growth.
