From my very first day at Engage Comms I have felt supported and respected by both my Founding Directors and colleagues. The team is very close knit and whilst everyone works hard to deliver exceptional quality over quantity outcomes for clients, there’s a fun, friendly and considerate atmosphere in the office and a healthy work-life balance. I have found plenty of opportunities to get out and about meeting clients and have been given chance to develop in my role and gain experience. In other larger businesses you are not given the same opportunity to work so closely with Directors on a day to day basis and I’ve found this invaluable to my development.
Cons
At Engage Comms everyone has a vital role to play and every team member needs to be flexible and able to work at all levels and across a variety of disciplines. If you’re not willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in this isn’t the place for you!
